Welcome
My friend Laura out in Woodland Park has a new blog. Yipee! Check out her synopsis of last night's American Idol. Very entertaining, that is if you are an American Idol freak like me. I agree with most of what Laura says, but I would have rated Brooke a lot better. She's one of my favorites. I was also very impressed with Amanda O.

Thanks for the pub! You guys are definitely my inspiration. I want to be able to start tagging along on some of your adventures and bike rides when I become lean and mean.
Okay, I am the Idol fan to rival them all (much as I hate to admit that). There is NO WAY that David Hernandez should have gone home before Christy Lee Cook - she STUNK! DH would go soon, though, but it is just painful to know we have to watch CLC suffer for another week. How about Chikezie, though? That song was AMAZING!
I admit that Amanda Overmyer was good, but I really can't stand her, in general (as if I know her). David Cook, Danny Archuletta, Brooke White - those are your top 3.
Still don't get the whole Brooke thing. I think she is very likeable and people aren't noticing the fact that so far she hasn't shown herself to be a strong vocalist. I think Christy Lee Cook could probably sing circles around her if she would pick the right song. David Hernandez does have a great voice but he just dropped the ball big time.
