Wednesday Update

My knee is still sore.

Can't go to Colorado.

Hiking would be bad.

Millersburg was great.

Lorena and Jen rocked it.

Race report pending.

We stayed with Amish.

Milked cows, collected eggs, and

rode in their buggy.

I have some pictures to post when I get the darn internets working at home. Also waiting on Janet O to write the race report.
