Van Gilder, Schempf and Gallagher high light C3-Sollay.com Cross team
Nationally renowned criterium specialist Laura Van Gilder will join the cyclo-cross scene this fall by joining the C3-Sollay.com 'cross team. Van Gilder has been a mainstay on the elite women's national road and criterium circuit for years with her explosive sprinting and aggressive racing style - both skills that team Director Kris Auer believes will help Van Gilder quickly adapt to the 'cross discipline.
Joining her on the squad will be Michael Gallagher, a multiple time US Armed Services National Champion racing with the elite men. Gallagher finished third in the MABRA elite series and looks for bigger results in 2008. The team will compete up and down the East Coast of the US, racing in the USGPs, the MAC and MABRA Series and targeting US Nationals in December. It will also promote the Charm City 'cross race, which last year drew 400 racers.

Marc Vettori is a Killer B?
Why yes, Fatmarc is a Killer B and according to his blog, a horrible person and failed supervillian. Gotta love him!
You are a Killer B? No Way..I was really hoping for a Haiku! Something about eggs and Van Gilder would do..
Yep, killer b is me. I have not quite reached the ranks of the "elite". I just may have to do a special Friday haiku for you so check in tomorrow. By the way, I was so wasted after our ride on Saturday that I forgot about those other 2 eggs in my jersey pocket until Sunday. I put them in the fridge anyway and when Sonja discovered them she ate them. I did not have the heart to tell her what they had been thru. She seems ok so we'll just keep it between us.
WOW, what a line-up. I was looking for you on the Elite list, I guess you will have to kick my fat a$$ then!!
